The old Church of the Presentation of the Virgin Mary of Vari was built before 1830, as in 1830 we have the first written martyrdom for this Church.
The new Church of the Presentation of the Virgin Mary of Vari was built between the years 1950 to 1956, during the Presidency of priest Fotis Papadimas.
After the lapse of 13 years, on September 21, 1969, the inauguration took place under his Grace Bishop Of Evripos, Mr. Vassiliou.
